Privacy Policy

DrawingHub Pty Ltd (“DrawingHub,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the marketing website at drawinghub.ai (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Site is the marketing presence for the DrawingHub product; use of the product itself is governed by a separate agreement entered into at onboarding.

1. Information we collect

We collect a limited set of information directly and through standard analytics:

• Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any message you send. These submissions are delivered to our team inbox via a contact-form delivery service.
• Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, which records aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, referrer, approximate geographic region (city level), device type, and browser. Analytics data is pseudonymous and is not used to identify you personally.
• Server logs. Our cloud hosting provider records standard request logs including IP address, timestamp, request path, and user-agent. These logs are retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

We do not operate user accounts on this Site. You can browse and read the Site without providing any personal information.

2. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries you send us through the contact form.
• To understand which pages and content are useful, in aggregate, so we can improve the Site.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling on third-party platforms.

3. Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of third-party processors to operate the Site. Each handles only the data needed for its function and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments. We use processors in the following categories:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure — serves the Site and records request logs.
• Traffic analytics — including Google Analytics 4, loaded via Google Tag Manager, for aggregate, pseudonymous usage measurement.
• Contact-form delivery — transmits messages from the contact form to our inbox.
• Image and asset delivery — CDN delivery of images and static assets.
• Operational database — used internally to track our own AI search visibility metrics; does not store visitor or contact-form data.

4. Cookies and tracking

The Site loads Google Tag Manager, which sets cookies used by Google Analytics. These cookies help us measure aggregate traffic patterns. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. We do not currently operate a cookie consent banner; if regional law requires one for your visit, we will introduce it.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Australian Privacy Principles, or other applicable laws, including the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion.
• Request a copy of your information in a portable format.
• Object to processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Data retention

• Contact-form messages are retained for up to 24 months to maintain conversation history, then deleted unless you become a customer.
• Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults (currently 14 months).
• Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

7. International data transfers

DrawingHub is based in Australia. Some of our service providers (including Google Analytics and our cloud hosting provider) process data in the United States and other regions. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms required by the originating jurisdiction.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the Site, including HTTPS for all traffic, HSTS preload, a strict Content Security Policy, and limited-access processing. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe an issue affects the Site, please email info@drawinghub.ai.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site and the DrawingHub product are not directed to people under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where the change is material, highlight it on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
